WHO I AM

Anna is a certified practitioner with several holistic modalities in her practice. She is passionate about her work to help make positive changes in people's lives. Her honesty, dedication and easy going manner make clients feel comfortable and at ease during the sessions. Pure intentions to help free the person from their unpleasant thought patterns, fears and anxieties are the ideals that guide her work.

The Emotion and Body Code is a form of energy healing work that helps find and release imbalances that potentially can cause emotional and physical problems. The idea is that the body has the ability to restore its own health when conditions are right. So we try to make conditions right with the right energy balance.

The concept of the F.I.X. Code technique is that "Emotions are not US." This technique has been shown to help identify and eliminate unwanted programs that run emotionally charged memories. This holistic method has the potential to break the cycle of the negative thought patterns and repeated anxieties and fears. Clients have reported becoming more centered, balanced and more in control of their emotions and thoughts. In my opinion the F.I.X. Code is an amazing tool that could help people with all aspects of their wellbeing!
